Build one coherent timeline
Put the events in order: what happened, what you previously stated, what has changed and what evidence is available.
An accurate timeline helps connect the current concern with the earlier record. Where dates or accounts differ, the review needs to understand why.
What the review looks for
- Whether the facts are credible and consistent.
- Whether important claims have support.
- Whether the evidence is relevant and useful.
- Whether the record addresses the decision-maker's question.
